The separation plants, i.e., the manufacturing plants for terminal application products of extracts, need to closely cooperate with extraction plants: obtain the raw materials of crude products, and produce the abstracts of corresponding specifications according to requirements of terminal customers, by using the advanced separation process and wide distribution channels. They, whether sold in Chinese market or exported, used for medicine and health care or makeup care, shall be able to promptly provide suitable products and implement terminal sales of products.
That is to say, the second future pattern is: refining separation, customization, realizing terminal sales of extract products and “digesting” primary products of extraction plants to ensure their survival and profits.
This kind of plants can be called all-purpose plants, i.e., they can separate multiple varieties of TCM crude product based on advantage in certain separation process, which will greatly reduce cost under the same operation pattern; furthermore, they shall cooperate with terminal application, which shall depend on sales department of the company or shall sell products to the following companies in the chain, i.e., specialized companies marketing extracts.
