Gazprom forecasts a moderate year-on-year rise in European gas exports to 183 billion cubic meters in 2021, according to Famil Sadygov, the deputy chairman of Gazprom, on Tuesday.

The company expects to finish this year with 170 billion cubic meters of gas exports to Europe, down from 199 billion cubic meters in 2019.

Sadygov told Gazprom magazine that the company calculated a moderate increase in gas exports to the European market for its 2021 budget.

Sadygov also said that the average price of gas supplies to Europe is set in the 2021 budget at $170 per 1,000 cubic meters, a rise of $44, or 35%, compared to this year's budget.
