Indian state-run Coal India Limited said Tuesday that output over April-December rose 7.4% year on year to 412.45 million mt.
December output almost flat
April-Nov offtake up 5.5% on year
Output in December was almost flat at 54.13 million mt from 54.63 million mt in December 2017, the company said in a regulatory filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
Coal offtake rose over April-December rose 5.5% year on year to 444.59 million mt.
Offtake for December was 52.77 million mt, down from 53.44 million mt in December 2017.
