Japan's PVC production in May inched lower by 0.1% month on month to 124,048 mt, the Vinyl Environmental Council said in a statement Monday. Meanwhile, Japan's vinyl chloride monomer production in the month rose 8.2% from April to 214,643 mt, it added.
