Sinopec Qingdao Refining & Chemical recorded normal LPG barge sales of about 6,300mt in the week ended Aug 26, C1's data showed.
The company, which resumed LPG supply on Aug 12 after turnaround, stepped up LPG output to 1,100mt per day, said a refinery source.
It is unknown when it would resume normal LPG production, according to the source.
Qingdao Refining & Chemical faces no LPG inventory pressure at present, in spite of soft demand from the local market, the source said.
Qingdao Refining & Chemical, located in Qingdao City of Shandong Province, has an annual topping capacity of 10-mil mt. It normally produces 1,800mt per day of LPG commodity, about a half of which is shipped to South China and East China's Zhejiang Province.
