HACH LANGE announces the enhanced version of its industry leading portable airborne particle counter, the MET ONE 3400 Series. The original MET ONE 3400 Series was launched in August 2005. Over the last three years, our customers suggested additional improvements that would make the counter even better and would save the users valuable time to conduct their routine validation testing and process monitoring tasks. HACH LANGE listened to its customer’s needs and re-designed the MET ONE 3400 Series with enhanced features saving users a significant amount of operating time with the easiest air sampling, data capturing, processing and transferring of data.
With flexible communication options and open communication architecture, the enhanced MET ONE 3400 particle counter can be seamlessly integrated into a central data management system eliminating the need for paper work. Intuitive operating commands and test wizard user interface software, Long Life Laser™ technology, and long continuous operation capability enable the MET ONE 3400 to reliably perform cleanroom validation testing and critical process monitoring within the shortest possible time.
The MET ONE 3400 also features multi-level user log in for 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, easy data download, regulatory standard compliant analysis and reporting functions, strategically placed carrying handles and an easy-to-wipe down stainless-steel surface.
Whether a customer wishes to use the portable particle counter for cleanroom validation as a stand alone unit, a semi-continuous process monitoring with manifold system, or an on-line continuous process monitoring by integrating it to an environment monitoring software, the enhanced MET ONE 3400 can do it all.
