Description
 Structure:
The upper of this device adopts fast-break hand handle to make the device as a whole. The upper cover adopts full sealing to prevent the dust flying caused by vibration during sifting. At the lower part of screener, to install a vibration motor, which can effectively ensure the materials’structure compact; and the lower adopts spring to decrease vibration to make the device operated under plateau. The bottom can use the adjustable type to adjust the angle of inclination of screener during sifting, so that to get the best sifting effect based on materials performance.
 
Main purpose and features:
(1)FS series square screen, a new generation sifter equipment, was designed by ourselves in 1999. It is well received by the consumers for the performances of high-effective, energy saving and low noise, etc. It is widely used in the continuous sifting of materials in the industries of pharmacy, chemical, food, etc. It also can be made into 1 to 4 layers of sifter based on users’ requirements.
(2)It features simple structure, easy of operation, small volume, large handling capacity, low nosie, corrosion proof, less malfunction, long service life, high productivity, adjustable amplitude of vibration, low energy cost, easy od disassembly, no cleaning dead, no dust flying, etc.
