Application range:

■Hot-air circle oven can be used for heating, soildification, drying and dehydration of materials and products in such industries as pharmacy、chemical、food、agricultural byproducts,aquatic products、light industy、heavy industy, etc. The raw materihls can be medicine of raw materials, Chinese traditional medicine, tablet of drink, immersed electuary, powder, granule, packing bottle, pigment, dyestuff, dehydration vegetable, dried fruit and melons, banger, plastic resin, electric elements, drying varnish and so on.

Explanation of hot air circle oven

■Heating source: steam, electricity, far infrared, and electricity & steam dual purpose (optional)

■Operating temperature: steam heating 50~140℃, the highest 150℃

■Electricity and far infrared temperature: 50~350℃

■Self-control system and computer control system (optional)

■Common steam pressure: 0.02~0.8Mpa (0.2~8kg/cm2)

■Adaptive electric heating: 15KW (based on type I); practical: 5~8kw/h (indicate special requirements when ordering)

■Non-standard oven price: negotiable

■Operating temperature: >140℃ or <60℃ (give clear indication when ordering)

■The baking trays for baking trolleys delivered from our factory are exchangeable due to uniform dimensions.

■Baking tray dimensions: 460*640*45(mm)
