【Usage】Bergamot is citrus oil obtained from the peel by cold expression. The fruit looks similar to a small orange. Bergamot’s flavour is best known as the predominant ingredient in Earl Grey tea. It is also used to flavour local cakes and beverages in Southern Italy and Sicily.
